Hi, I’m Victoria (Plum). I’m a CNM certified Women’s Health Coach.
I help women who feel tired, stressed, or out of sync reconnect with their bodies and rebuild lasting energy and confidence - in a way that actually fits real life.
Together, we look at the full picture of your wellbeing: nutrition, sleep, movement, and mindset, as well as your stress load, daily routines, lifestyle patterns, and how day-to-day life is affecting your energy. It’s never just one thing - it’s how all the pieces work together, so you can create habits that feel doable and actually stick.
After navigating endometriosis, motherhood, a demanding career, and gestational diabetes myself, I understand how overwhelming it feels when your body isn’t behaving the way you want it to.
