MY Story

I’m Victoria, also known as Plum - founder of Well by Plum and a certified Women’s Health Coach based in London, working with women online across the UK and beyond.

I know what it’s like to feel tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from yourself.
As a mum of two boys, I spent years trying to balance motherhood, a demanding career, and ongoing health challenges - including endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, and later gestational diabetes during pregnancy. These experiences gave me first-hand insight into how inflammation, stress, and blood-sugar balance can profoundly affect energy, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Finding balance again has shown me that wellbeing isn’t about getting it perfect - it’s about staying connected to yourself, even when life feels messy.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve explored almost everything: naturopathy, herbal medicine, nutrition, fitness, homeopathy, acupuncture, reiki, yoga, meditation, and more. Each experience taught me something valuable, but it took years of trial, error, and persistence to finally understand what truly worked for me.

That journey inspired me to train in Health Coaching at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), combining evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching with the mindset and behaviour tools that help women make lasting change.

My Approach

My approach blends evidence-based health coaching with holistic tools such as nutrition, movement, mindset work, stress management, and mindfulness.

Helping women restore energy, balance hormones, and support blood-sugar and inflammation - for calm, confident wellbeing.

I also draw on my own lived experience - from burnout, endometriosis, and gestational diabetes to postpartum recovery and the constant juggle of modern motherhood, to help women create sustainable wellbeing from the inside out.
