ABOUT PLUM
Helping busy, high-functioning women restore energy, calm their nervous systems, and feel back in control of their health.
MY Story
I’m Victoria, also known as Plum, founder of Well by Plum and a certified Women’s Health Coach working with women online across the UK and beyond.
I know what it’s like to look like you’re coping on the outside while feeling tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected on the inside.
As a mum of two, I spent years juggling motherhood, a demanding career, and ongoing health challenges, including endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, and later gestational diabetes. I learned first-hand how prolonged stress, inflammation, and blood-sugar imbalance can quietly drain your energy, mood, and resilience, even when you’re doing “all the right things”.
That experience taught me something important: wellbeing isn’t about pushing harder or getting it perfect. It’s about learning how to support your body when life is full, messy, and demanding.
Over the years, I explored many different approaches to health and wellbeing. Some helped, some didn’t. What made the biggest difference was understanding how stress, daily habits, nourishment, and nervous system support fit together in real life, not in theory.
That journey is what led me to train in Health Coaching at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), combining evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching with practical mindset and behaviour tools that support lasting change.
My Approach
My approach is calm, practical, and evidence-led.
I work with women who are capable, driven, and often supporting everyone else, but feel exhausted, wired, or burnt out themselves.
Many are juggling work, motherhood, mental load, or all three, and sense that something needs to change, but don’t have the space or energy to figure out what.
Rather than giving you rigid rules or another plan to follow, we slow things down and look at the full picture. We explore how stress, sleep, energy, nutrition, hormones, mindset, and daily routines are interacting in your life, and where small, realistic shifts can make the biggest difference.
I draw on both evidence-based health coaching and my own lived experience of burnout, hormonal challenges, and postpartum recovery. Sessions are supportive, non-judgemental, and designed to meet you where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
I believe real wellbeing comes from small, consistent changes that fit your life as it is. The aim isn’t perfection, it’s helping you feel steadier, clearer, more energised, and more like yourself again.
