I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) and hold the GA Level 5 Diploma in Health Coaching, an Ofqual-regulated qualification delivered by CNM.
The CNM Health Coach Diploma is listed on the Personalised Care Institute’s accredited-training menu for health coaching, meaning it aligns with the standards used in NHS personalised-care frameworks. It’s also one of the most comprehensive health coaching qualifications currently available in the UK.
The course is accredited or recognised by several leading professional bodies, including:
• The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP)
• The UK & International Health Coaches Association (UKIHCA)
• The International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT)
In addition, CNM is accredited by ASIC (Accreditation Service for International Schools, Colleges and Universities), a globally recognised quality assurance body for education providers.
Before qualifying as a Health Coach, I spent over 15 years working in the luxury sector across marketing and communications. That experience gave me a deep understanding of high-pressure environments and the toll they can take on our health. I’m also a trained Reiki practitioner, integrating this holistic approach into my work to support women in reconnecting with balance, energy, and wellbeing in everyday life.

That’s totally okay, you don’t have to be sure to begin.
Many of the women I work with start out feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what they even need - and that’s okay.
Our free discovery call is a no-pressure space to explore where you’re at and whether this kind of support feels right for you. -
The two are deeply connected.
Health coaching often focuses on things like energy, hormones, nourishment, and stress, while life coaching holds space for emotional blocks, habits, identity, and mindset.
The work we do together blends both, because your body and your life are not separate. -
This is personalised to you, but common focuses include:
Rebuilding energy after burnout or depletion
Managing Stress
Hormonal balance and cycle support
Supporting conditions such as PCOS and Endometriosis
Weight management
Feeling generally unwell and unable to pinpoint why
Emotional eating or disconnection from the body
Creating habits that feel nourishing, not restrictive
Navigating postpartum, perimenopause, or high-stress seasons
Feeling like yourself again after years of survival mode

Yes - health coaching can be a really supportive part of managing both. While it’s not a replacement for medical care, coaching helps you make practical, sustainable changes that can ease symptoms and improve overall wellbeing.
For endometriosis, we’ll focus on reducing inflammation, supporting hormone balance, managing stress, and improving sleep and nutrition, all of which can help reduce flare-ups and fatigue.
For blood sugar balance or pre-diabetes, we’ll work on stabilising energy, building balanced meal routines, improving stress resilience, and creating habits that support steady blood sugar throughout the day.
Many clients find that small, consistent shifts in daily routines have a big impact on how they feel, helping them feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their health.

You don’t have to be ready to commit - you’re welcome to begin with a one-off Clarity Session and feel things out first.
It’s perfect if you want to dip your toe in or get help with something specific. Bonus: If you decide to continue after, the session fee can be credited toward a longer package. -
You’ll get a link to choose a time that works for you.
The call is free, informal, and totally pressure-free.
It’s just a chance to talk through what’s going on for you, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. -
You don’t need to be ready.
You just need to feel a spark that something needs to shift - even if you’re not sure how.
We’ll go gently, with no pressure to perform, change overnight, or have it all figured out. -
No. I am a Naturopathic Health and Life Coach, not a doctor or registered dietitian.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. My role is to support your health through lifestyle, nutrition, energy work, and habit change, and empower you to make informed choices.

You can reschedule your session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged in full, unless due to emergency. This helps me protect my time and offer sessions to those on my waitlist.
