I offer a small number of focused services, designed to meet you where you are right now.
Whether you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or just know something needs to change, there is no one-size-fits-all approach here. We work at your pace, in a way that feels realistic and grounded in real life.
We may work through health coaching, Reiki, or a combination of both, depending on what you need most.
All new clients begin with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. A relaxed, no-pressure call to see if working together feels like the right fit.
Health Coaching

70 minutes | £150
This session is designed to give you clarity, direction and a strong foundation.
We’ll explore your health history, current routines, challenges, and priorities, and identify the key areas that will make the biggest difference to how you feel.
Best for:
Women who want personalised guidance and support as they begin making changes.Includes:
· A comprehensive review of your health and lifestyle
· Clear priorities and realistic next steps
· Practical tools you can start using straight away
Follow-up sessions can be booked if and when you feel they would be supportive.

Follow-up sessions provide space to review progress, work through challenges, and refine your approach so it continues to fit your life.
Best for: Ongoing support, accountability, and maintaining momentum.
These sessions are typically booked after an introductory session or programme.

This is a deeper, standalone option for women who want clarity and structure, without committing to ongoing coaching.
The session focuses on the full picture of your health and lifestyle, followed by a detailed, personalised Health & Lifestyle Reset Plan you can implement independently.
Best for:
Women who want a clear roadmap and prefer to make changes on their own, at their own pace.Includes:
A deep review of your health, routines, lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, stress and priorities
A 6 - 8 week personalised written plan covering key focus areas
Clear guidance for the next 6 to 8 weeks
One week of coaching WhatsApp support 9am - 5pm
This option does not include follow-up coaching, support or ongoing accountability.

Designed for women who want deeper, ongoing support and accountability over time.
This programme offers structured, personalised support to help you build sustainable changes gradually. We focus on what’s realistic for your life, adjusting as you go, and supporting you as your energy, habits, and confidence strengthen.
Includes:
1 x 70-minute introductory session
5 x 40-minute follow-up sessions, held every two weeks
Personalised coaching plans tailored to your needs following each session
Practical recipe suggestions and nutrition guidance
Sleep and stress support tools
A supporting workbook to guide reflection and implementation
Personalised guidance adapted as you progress
Coaching WhatsApp support 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Programme timing: Once started, the programme must be completed within 16 weeks

30 Minutes | £70
A shorter, focused session designed to help you reset and support your nervous system in a simple, effective way.
This is a space to pause, take the edge off, and give your body a moment to come back into balance, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed or stretched.
We begin with a short check-in before moving into the Reiki.
The session works gently to calm your system, ease tension, and create a sense of grounding, even within a shorter time frame.
We close with a short debrief, with any reflections or guidance to support you afterwards.
Ideal if you need a quick reset or ongoing support between longer sessions.

60 Minutes | £130
A deeper, more immersive session designed to support your nervous system, energy, and overall sense of balance.
This is a space to properly switch off. To step out of the constant mental load and give your body time to settle, reset, and restore.
We begin with a check-in to understand what’s been going on for you and where you need support. You’ll then be guided into the session with a short meditation, before moving into the Reiki itself.
The session works gently but deeply, helping to release built-up stress, tension, and emotional overload, while supporting your body back into a calmer, more regulated state.
We close with a short debrief, along with any reflections or guidance to help you continue that sense of calm beyond the session.
Ideal if you’re feeling burnt out, overwhelmed, or in need of a deeper reset.
