How we will work together

We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk through your goals, ask any initial questions, and make sure coaching feels like the right fit.

If we choose to move forward, we’ll book your initial 75-minute session, where we explore your health history, routines, challenges, and priorities in depth. From there, I’ll create a personalised coaching plan with clear, realistic steps that meet you exactly where you are.

Your plan may include tailored guidance such as:

40-minute 1:1 Health Coaching session

Best for: Continued support, accountability, and refining your wellbeing plan.

  • Each session builds on the last - helping you track progress, stay consistent, and make realistic adjustments that fit your lifestyle.

  • Refine your habits, mindset, and daily routines with tailored guidance that supports long-term balance and sustainable change.

  • Leave every session with clarity, confidence, and practical next steps to keep momentum between calls.

  • Receive a personalised follow-up coaching plan after each session, with updated nutrition and lifestyle suggestions, stress-management tools, mindset practices, and wellbeing recommendations - all designed to support your goals.

6 week wellbeing programme - £545

Payment-plan options available for the health Coaching package, to split the total over two monthly payments of £245.50 if preferred.

Best for: Women ready to commit to lasting change and deeper, ongoing support.

The package includes:

  • 1 x 75-minute session.

  • 5 x 40-minute follow-up sessions.

  • A personalised health-coaching plan after each session, tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and progress.

  • A weekly reflection workbook to track awareness, progress, and mindset shifts between sessions.

  • Recipe and meal suggestions aligned with your wellbeing goals and the naturopathic approach.

  • Receive useful handouts to support your health journey, covering topics such as blood-sugar balance, nutrition, fitness advice and essential vitamins.
