I found working with you incredibly positive and supportive. You helped me quickly get clear on what really mattered for me by truly understanding what was going on in my life, both emotionally and practically. That made it much easier for me to engage with the plans you put in place, because they genuinely fitted my time, energy, and capacity. What I’m most grateful for is that you didn’t just understand me, you helped me understand myself better too.
You were also incredibly responsive in our sessions. You listened carefully and offered practical, relevant suggestions in the moment, not just through a plan sent afterwards. That made the sessions feel very personal and tailored. You quickly identified that my main challenges were sleep, overwhelm, and nutrition, and shaped the support around those areas. You recognised straight away that I have a busy life and a demanding job, and that anything we worked on needed to be realistic and achievable. Nothing ever felt overcomplicated or idealistic.
I really liked that everything you shared was evidence based. You also shared research alongside the recommendations, which helped me build my own understanding and feel more confident in what I was doing. I found it especially helpful that you offered options rather than one fixed solution, as it meant I could choose what worked for me within the time and headspace I actually have.
One of the biggest changes for me has been introducing breakfast. I hadn’t eaten breakfast for years and didn’t believe it would work for me. You understood my diet and lifestyle as a vegan and tailored your advice to what I was actually eating, without anything feeling restrictive. By helping me see that I wasn’t getting the right fuel at the right time of day, it became clear why I was struggling more with sleep and feeling overwhelmed. The focus was on nourishment rather than cutting foods out, which made it realistic for me to stick with. Breakfast is now a natural part of my routine and has helped me cope much better overall.
I also really valued the way you helped me spot simple, practical changes that I couldn’t see myself because I was overwhelmed, whether that was reducing stimulation on my commute or small changes at home that took some of the pressure off. Your manner made it easy to open up, think things through honestly, and feel supported rather than judged.
Working with you has been calming, supportive, and genuinely impactful. You helped me make small but meaningful changes that fit my life and feel sustainable, and I’m very grateful for the support you gave me.
