Health Coaching with Plum

Maybe your energy is not what it used to be. You feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of starting and stopping, or unsure where to focus when it comes to your health.

You might be doing all the right things on paper, yet still not feeling quite like yourself.

That is exactly what I help with.

I specialise in supporting high-functioning women experiencing stress, burnout, and nervous system dysregulation. Health coaching offers a calm, supportive space to step back, look at the full picture, and understand what your body actually needs.

This is not about rigid rules, perfection, or willpower. It is about understanding how your nutrition, sleep, stress, movement, mindset and daily habits are all interacting, and creating a way forward that feels manageable and sustainable.

"Working with Plum was such a positive and supportive experience. She really took the time to understand what was going on in my life and helped me get clear on what actually mattered for me. Everything she suggested felt realistic, thoughtful, and tailored to my lifestyle. As a vegan, I really appreciated how carefully she adapted her advice, and nothing ever felt restrictive. Small changes, like introducing breakfast, have had a much bigger impact than I expected and have helped me cope better day to day."

What we focus on together

Top-down view of a workspace with a white surface, featuring a partially visible laptop with white wireless earbuds and charging case, a stack of books or notebooks, a pencil, a piece of handwritten paper, and a beige coffee mug filled with a frothy beverage.

Through an evidence-led, supportive approach we look at the foundations that shape how you feel day to day. This includes your nutrition, sleep, stress levels, movement, mindset, and daily routines.

Together we identify what is supporting your energy and what may be quietly draining it, so you can make changes that feel both realistic and sustainable.

You will leave each session with clarity on what matters most and what to focus on next.

How a session works

Your first session is 70 minutes and is a structured deep dive.

We explore what has brought you here, what is not working, and what you actually want your health and life to look and feel like. Together we build your first coaching plan, which you will receive in detail within two days of your session.

Follow-up sessions are 40 minutes and are where the real work happens. We check in on progress, work through any blocks, and build on what we have already uncovered. Each session is tailored to you, so no two are ever quite the same.

All sessions are held online via Zoom or Google Meet, so you can work with me from wherever you are.

Between sessions you will have light support via email or WhatsApp, offering reassurance and guidance as you implement changes, because real progress happens in the moments between our calls.

"I would highly recommend Victoria as a Health Coach. She really helped me identify the changes I wanted to make in terms of my health, and she was so helpful with putting together an accessible and achievable health plan that incorporated all aspects of my health. She also signposted me to invaluable resources to assist me on my health journey. I found her to be very non-judgemental and approachable, which is so key when you are communicating about health issues that can be sensitive."

Sessions and packages

I offer both individual sessions and packages for those who want ongoing support over a period of time.

Packages give you structure, consistency, and the space to make changes that actually stick.

Individual sessions are ideal if you want to dip your toe in, get clarity on something specific, or are not ready to commit to a full package yet.

"Victoria has been an excellent coach. She helped me explore areas of my life I hadn't even realised could be improved, like managing my water intake and creating better routines with my child, which have had such a positive impact on my own wellbeing too. She really took the time to understand my goals and shared plenty of practical ideas around meals and protein. The regular check-ins kept me accountable, and I'm so grateful for her guidance."

Is this for you?

Health coaching may be a good fit if you are feeling run down, overwhelmed, or out of balance and know something needs to change. You are looking for clarity around your health rather than more conflicting advice or quick fixes that do not last. You are ready to make changes but want guidance, structure, and support along the way. And you value a realistic, whole-body approach that works with your life, not against it.
