What to ExpectA gentle pause for you and your little one. Baby & Me Reiki is a nurturing in-person session for mums, caregivers and babies, a calm space to slow down, connect and settle into stillness together.
Whether you're navigating the fog of new parenthood or simply craving a moment of rest, this is time held just for you.
❋ Your Own 30-Minute SessionEach booking is a private 30-minute Reiki session for you and your baby together. Choose the timeslot that suits you, with four sessions running between 10:30am and 1:30pm.
❋ A Space Designed for BabiesEverything is set up with little ones in mind. Feed, change, soothe or cuddle as you need to. There's free parking, buggy parking and all equipment provided, so just bring yourselves.
❋ Four Experienced PractitionersYou'll be in the hands of four qualified Reiki practitioners working side by side, each bringing their own blend of Reiki, sound healing, breathwork and doula experience.
❋ Tea & Connection Afterwards Stay for a cup of tea and a chat after your session. Meet other mums and caregivers, ask the practitioners anything, and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.
