At the heart of each session are my crystal singing bowls, made from the highest quality 99.9% pure quartz crystal. Each bowl produces its own rich, resonant tone and vibration. Played together, the sounds layer and move through the space, creating an enveloping soundscape that invites the mind to quieten and the body to settle.
There is something powerful about simply being still and surrounded by sound. As the session unfolds, the pace begins to soften, giving you space to switch off, let go of the day and turn your attention inward.
Every experience is different. Some people describe a profound sense of calm and stillness; others experience clarity, emotional release, or simply the feeling of having properly rested.
Each sound bath is carefully created to feel beautiful, unhurried and deeply restorative - a moment entirely removed from the outside world.
Based in London, I offer sound bath experiences for private groups, events, retreats, workplaces, wellbeing days and selected collaborations.
