Reiki with Plum
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that does not go away with sleep. Where your body feels heavy, your mind will not quieten, and you have forgotten what it feels like to truly switch off.
That is often where my clients are when they come to me.
Reiki works at a level that talking cannot always reach. It is gentle, non-invasive, and works with your body's own energy to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and restoration from the inside out.
I am a trained Reiki Master and Teacher, working with both traditional Japanese Usui Reiki and Western methods. My sessions are restorative and intuitive, shaped by what your body needs on the day.
All sessions are held remotely, so you can receive support from wherever you feel most at ease.
"I came to Plum's reiki session carrying the weight of months of stress that had quietly settled into my body like concrete. I left feeling lighter than I had in years. From the moment I arrived, Plum's calm presence immediately put me at ease. There was no rush, no clinical detachment, just a genuinely warm and attentive person who took the time to understand where I was and what I needed. During the treatment itself, something I can only describe as a slow unravelling began to happen. Tension I hadn't even consciously registered started to soften. By the end of the session I felt genuinely still. Like the static had been turned off. Plum has a rare gift. If you're on the fence, trust me: book the session. Your nervous system will thank you."

Who is Reiki for?
Reiki is particularly well suited to women who feel exhausted, wired but tired, or like they simply cannot switch off. If you are carrying stress that has settled into your body, struggling to feel present, or looking for something that works on a deeper level than talk alone, Reiki can offer real relief.
You do not need any prior experience. You do not need to be sure it will work. You just need to be willing to rest for a while.
How do remote sessions work?
There is no need to travel or set up anything complicated.
Before we begin, we have a short check-in so I understand how you are feeling and what you would like support with. You then find a comfortable position, lying down or seated, in a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.
From there, you simply rest. I guide the session remotely while you let go.
I offer sessions online via Zoom, Google Meet or completely tech-free, depending on what feels right for you.
For tech-free sessions, I work from a recent photograph and the intention we set together beforehand.
Sessions are available in 30 and 60 minutes. We close with a short reflection and any gentle guidance to support you in the hours that follow.
"Reiki with Plum was fantastic. It was incredibly calming and I could feel the tension dissipating out of my chest during the session. I left feeling serene, like I was floating on air."

What people experience
Everyone's experience is different, and each session is shaped by what your body needs at that time. Some people notice warmth, tingling, or a sense of something shifting. Others drift into a stillness they have not felt in years. Some feel emotional. Some simply sleep.
Occasionally people feel a little tired in the day or two after a session as the body continues to process. This is completely normal and usually passes quickly.
"What a difference I feel. I was feeling stuck energetically and was easily irritable when I went to see Victoria. One session of Reiki and I felt an instant release and calm. Not only did I feel better, but her energy is also amazing, and she is calming and professional helping you feel at ease from the moment you meet her. I will definitely be back."
Holly, London
"Victoria has one of the warmest and gentlest energies I have ever experienced through Reiki. She has the ability to make you feel fully supported and fully seen all in one. Victoria is highly intuitive too and picked up on some energy I was holding in my body around my physical health which I hadn't shared with anyone. This instilled trust and connection straight away and helped my mind take some perspective from the situation. I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone considering having Reiki."

Reiki alongside Coaching
Reiki can be experienced on its own or combined with health coaching for a deeper level of support. Many of the women I work with find the two complement each other really well. Coaching creates change at the level of habits, lifestyle and mindset. Reiki works quietly underneath that, supporting the body's ability to rest, regulate and recover.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive form of energy work that originated in Japan. It is designed to support the body in moving out of a stressed, fight or flight state and into a calmer, more restorative one. Reiki works with your body's natural energy to ease tension, support nervous system regulation, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. You do not need to do anything during a session. You simply rest while the energy is guided to where it is needed.
-
Usui Reiki is the original Japanese form of Reiki, developed from the teachings of Mikao Usui.
It is gentle, intuitive and restorative, working with the body's energy to support balance and calm.
I am trained in both Usui and Western methods, which allows me to bring structure and intuition together depending on what each client needs.
-
Eastern or Japanese Reiki stays closer to its original roots and tends to be more intuitive in approach.
Western Reiki is generally more structured with defined hand positions and techniques.
In practice both are deeply restorative. I draw on both traditions depending on what feels most appropriate for each session.
-
Yes. Reiki is energy-based and is not limited by physical distance. Distance Reiki works through intention and connection rather than physical proximity.
Many clients find remote sessions just as powerful as in-person ones, and often more relaxing because they are already in their own space.
All I need is a clear intention set together beforehand, and for tech-free sessions, a recent photograph.
-
No. Reiki is not dependent on belief. Many clients come to their first session feeling sceptical and still leave feeling a noticeable shift. You do not need to do anything or hold any particular view. You just need to be open to resting.

Some people feel a meaningful shift after just one session. Others find that regular sessions over a period of time give them the most sustained benefit, particularly if they are navigating burnout, chronic stress, or a difficult season. There is no obligation to commit upfront. Many clients begin with a single session and decide from there. I am always happy to talk through what might work best for you.

Yes, and many of my clients do.
Coaching works at the level of habits, lifestyle and mindset. Reiki supports the body's ability to rest, regulate and recover underneath that.
The two complement each other well, particularly for women dealing with burnout or nervous system dysregulation.
