Hi, I’m Plum. I am a CNM certified Women’s Health Coach & Reiki Master.
I support high functioning women who feel tired, overwhelmed, or out of sync to reconnect with their bodies and rebuild their energy, in a way that works in real life.
My approach looks at the full picture, from nutrition, sleep and movement to stress, energy, routines and lifestyle.
Alongside Coaching, I integrate Reiki and energy work to support deeper nervous system regulation and restoration.
After navigating endometriosis, motherhood, a demanding corporate career, and gestational diabetes myself, I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your body isn’t responding the way you want it to.
My work is calm, grounded, and designed to help you feel more like yourself again.
