I am a London-based Reiki Master, naturally intuitive and trained as both a Reiki Master and Teacher, with experience in traditional Japanese Usui and Western methods.
I offer gentle, restorative Reiki sessions, delivered remotely from the comfort of your own space.
My work is designed to support nervous system regulation, helping your body move out of stress and into a calmer, more balanced state.
Sessions provide a quiet, supportive space where you can fully switch off, deeply relax, and reconnect with yourself.
Many clients experience Reiki as grounding and calming, supporting both emotional and physical wellbeing over time.
All sessions are held remotely, either via Zoom or completely tech-free, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
For non-video sessions, I simply work from a recent photograph and the intention we set beforehand.

All sessions are offered remotely, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home or wherever you feel most relaxed.
I offer sessions in a range of time lengths, so you can choose the level of support that best fits where you are and what you need.
We begin with a short check-in to understand how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with. You’ll then settle into a comfortable position while I guide the Reiki session. There is nothing you need to do, just rest.

We close with a short reflection, along with any insights or gentle guidance to support you afterwards.
Sessions are available in 30, 45 and 60 minutes.
